Background
When a group of successful property developers came to us looking for a unified front under the leadership of Paul Little, a widely regarded and successful businessman, it was clear that they should capitalise on his reputation and boldly put it at the front of everything they do. Little Projects was the result.

When the same group of management came to Bastion with a disparate set of Real Estate agents, we undertook the full re-brand to tie all the agencies and brands together under this newly defined property group, forming Little Residential.


Insight
After conducting a BE Session we were able to uncover the societal truth about this market. Little Residential didn’t want to be just another player, it wanted to be real, genuine and transparent in what it aimed to achieve for vendors, buyers, renters and landlords. Little was about providing ‘assurance’

Strategy
Using the brand positioning that created the foundation of Little Property Group we rolled out new corporate identity for two brands: Little Residential & Little Commercial. Taking the bold creative elements of the Little name and subsequent logo we developed and rolled out a unique style into a noisy market. Creating this bold approach and not shying away from offering something new, both in style and substance.

Deliverables
We created and developed all collateral for these newly defined brands. This started with the logo and covering a wide variety of advertising needs; from classifieds, featured projects, glossy magazines articles, to all property listing materials; including brochures, shop signage, property boards and materials. Bastion created the stationery and full brand style guides for both the residential and the commercial arms.
